The owner, i assume, called and asked if they could deliver instead as they wanted to close early. He said the delivery would drop it off at 5:30. It is now 6:30. No delivery and the store is closed. No contact from the owner or call from delivery person. I will be looking for a refund.

I came in 20 mins before close and luckily they had what I was looking for readily available for purchase. I was able to get my surprise gift and walk out with a smile. At 5:30 I texted the recipient and the order was not received. I called the store because it said it was open until 7. I called at least a dozen times with no answer. I sent a reply email to my confirmation email. The next day I still did not get any email or phone call. I called and they looked up the order and said they were busy with other deliveries. The person just said they would deliver today. I would not use this store again.

When I called to see what was going on they couldn't even find my order. Then said they would add balloons for messing up which never even happened. She said next time something happens like this just come into the store after I told her I was a deployed soldier just trying to send stuff to my kids. How does she expect me to go to the store. This was my first time ever ordering from this company and I'll will never it again.
