  The staff member wearing a hijab provided a very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service experience. My family and I spent about an hour in the store selecting clothing. While we were browsing, she repeatedly interrupted us. I understand the need to keep merchandise organized, and she initially asked us to place selected items on a table instead of mixing them with folded clothes, which we respected. However, the situation became uncomfortable when she continued to come back and question whether we were actually purchasing the items we had placed on the table. When I explained that we were still deciding, she told us they needed to clean up, even though the store still had about 45 minutes before closing. I explained it to her that we will be done with that time. She continued to hover around us, refolding items we were actively looking at and insisting on helping us find sizes, despite us politely declining. At one point, she moved the table with our selected items to the back in the fitting room and my aunt had to stop her and clarify that we intended to buy them. She then said she wanted to give us shopping bags, which was confusing since customers typically receive bags after checkout. Shortly after, she instructed us to bring everything to the register and did not give us the shopping bags. We had to carry all the selected items to the register in a further distance. The entire experience felt rushed and uncomfortable, as though we were being pushed to leave before we were ready. Despite purchasing over 15 items, the service we received was disappointing. Her attitude and approach made what should have been a normal shopping experience feel stressful and unwelcoming. This is not the level of professionalism customers expect. Will not come back again.
