- HMHayat MasudiFeb 21, 20261.0I shop in this store for 14 years. For the first time, I brought an item for a refund or exchange. Staff's reaction was different and made it difficult to process an exchange or refund. The quality of their merchandise are compromised. SEE THE PICTURE of a sweatshirt I purchased. Ugly, and baggy from the inside, The manger saw the picture, checked the receipt and refused to process refund or exchange, because the item didn't have the tas The male manger was always smiling and friendly, and in this situation, he remains so unfriendly and failed to engage. Tisch the manger was so sweet and very professional, but unfortunately the guy by the name of Sayed who had the authority to process the refunds made the final decision not process the refund. I asked Sayed to show me, "where does it says tags are required for refunds"? He referred to the back of the receipt and tried to find a fine line written policy which he couldn't locate. Moving forward, I will no longer be buying in this store and more importantly, I will have to change the brand.
