With four kids, any good deal makes a difference, and this store consistently has them. We’re usually able to find solid savings, which makes the trip worthwhile. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the store is a great place to stock up when the prices are right. Definitely worth a visit, even if it’s a little out of your way.

- KZKyra ZornDec 24, 20251.0Terrible unhelpful experience today at Tilton Outlet Columbia. So disappointing I will consider taking my business elsewhere. The manager on duty was SROOGE! I was in store one day ago. Boots are still but one get one. I came back in with my receipts and was willing to bring in kid from car in with boots… all well within the return policy date. I simply wanted to add a 2nd pair of boots for a friend in need for the 50% off. All that needed occur was a return and rebuy. The manager could not be bothered and felt it was more important to stand her ground and assert it could not be done because it was a prior purchase. Columbia was it worth it to lose a customer of more than years over this? Seems like it was. This manager needs training in being friendly and helpful and customer service oriented instead of officious, unhelpful, and rigid. Of course she have made the return and exchange with ease and without violating company policy … the purchase I made was yesterday!
