Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

But once I got to the checkout and lady took my exchange, she didn’t think I bought the leggings even though I had the receipt. Worst costumer service I have seen in lululemon.

The staff was kind they placed an order incorrectly And there’s absolutely nothing that can be done once that happens. Didn’t ask me the size shame on me for assuming that they remembered correctly. Their customer service phone number is absolutely useless. Don’t bother wasting your time. The email Service same thing. Was really hoping it was a good company after the AMEX benefit, Turns out it’s absolutely one of the top five worst customer service companies I’ve ever encountered.
