Upon entering I notice a consultant sitting at the beauty table on her phone, doesn’t even look up to acknowledge me. There is another associate by the register helping another customer, that I understand. You would think that if you’re being paid at LEAST $16/hr, which is higher than most JCPenney employees, you would try a little harder to advocate for said position. Great work to the associate at the register, it sounded like they were fully immersed in the role. This was prime time on a Saturday. Do better.
