My mom, a long-time shopper at this store, was trying on clothes in the fitting room when the woman who manages the area knocked on the door and, in a very rude tone, asked, "What are you doing?" It came across as if she was accusing us of stealing, which was completely unnecessary. We were just shopping and trying on clothes, as any customer would, but the way she approached my mom was disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is especially upsetting considering my mom has been a loyal customer here for years. It’s frustrating to be treated like that when you’ve been shopping at the same location for so long. I really hope the store addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the service and overall experience. Definitely not the kind of treatment we expected from a brand we’ve trusted for years. As a result of this experience, we’ve decided not to shop at this location anymore.
