An assistant manager that should not be in that position. They should be closed down. "Tim" refuses to offer management contact information and his name is unlikely Tim. Super scam vibe. Salem NH. Side note: After calling DSW corporate, I was owed the reward. I cancelled my reward membership and no longer on the email list. All set with DSW.
