He arranged with FBL to have the flowers delivered 15 days later to a different event (USMC) at Governer’s inn) on November 10th one hour away from the address I paid to get the flowers delivered. I was not aware that we could redirect someone’s gift. I got the confirmation that my flowers were delivered on November 10th. I asked for a refund since the Flowers didnt serve its purpose. They are not refunding me because the flowers have been received by the hotel manager who Will use the flowers for the marines anniversary.
- BGBrenda GarmanNov 1, 20255.0This is so long overdue! In March of '25 I hosted a baby shower for my daughter. I drove in from Ohio to set up a beautiful beach house for the event. I ordered flowers online and set the table two days before the event only to wake up the next morning to see that 1/4 of the hydrangeas had perished. Panicked .. I called Flowers by Leslie. I don't know if I dealt with the owner or not .. but whomever .. she was wonderful! I was able to replace the flowers .. I think I emptied the store of their hydrangeas but they had enough, and the flowers were healthy and pristine! And better yet .. they were all still alive and gorgeous the next day for the shower! Flowers by Leslie saved the day, and they were so kind and helpful, when I was panicked and probably not very easy to deal with myself! I have family in the area, and whenever I need flowers, my heart is warmed by the memory of their kindness, and I am happy to order flowers from them for every occasion!

The florist could not have been kinder or more accommodating—they handled everything with such understanding and even refunded my money right away. Truly wonderful customer service!
