  I have worked with Beth twice, finding two beautiful Monica Rich Kosann pieces. We communicated only through text message, but Beth's enthusiasm and care for her customers was apparent even without a face-to-face interaction. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I look forward to shopping here in the future!

  Beth at Springers in Portsmouth was fantastic in helping my daughter choose the perfect item for her upcoming graduation. Beth was very knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy in any way. She seems to really love her job and was excited to get to know us, even ending our visit by giving my daughter a hug. I strongly recommend anyone to reach out to Beth. It was a great experience.

What really stood out was their patience—every question we had was answered thoroughly and honestly, which made the entire process feel transparent and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to help you find the right piece. We ended up getting on the waitlist for our Rolex, and even that process was explained clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re really looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

  Having moved to the area many years ago, it’s been a challenge to find a reliable and quality jeweler that our family trusts. We had a great experience and trust our pieces with Springer’s implicitly. Everyone was great. Springer’s treated us like family. A+++ We met with Ari in the Portsmouth store today. He was WONDERFUL. Our appointment was for watch repair, and even though we arrived early, he took us right away. He spent an amazing amount of time with us and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and he made every effort to make sure we were happy customers. He’s a great asset! We also spent time with Gabriella & Ashley who were also wonderful and patient. Quality store, with quality people.

  My husband and I decided we take a long trip to check out this jewelers because he's on the lookout for a certain Rolex. So glad we came in. What a beautiful place! Christie was such a big help! She explained the deals and how long my husband would have to wait to receive a Rolex. Was also very knowledgeable on everything in that store. She didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing anything. We will definitely be going back there!! Christie is a wonderful part of the Springers's team. Thank you Christie!!
