  Springers is a special place. I've been going there for over 15 years to buy nice little blinky things for my wife and myself and I always end up staying for at least an hour. Between the coffee, wine, and browsing...time flies. The staff are now friends. So joyful and attentive. Beautiful people...really. If you are feeling down, treat yourself. Added plus, they love my Piper (dog) and she loves them back. Forgot to add, I've never been disappointed.

  I recently dropped off my dad’s watch to have some links taken out and a new battery installed. My dad is on hospice and his time with us is unknown, I was given the task of getting his watch back in working order with the removal of links to fit his wrist. He loves his watch and the feeling of it not there made him feel uneasy. So I wanted to get it back on his wrist as soon as possible… I went in to springers hoping they could accommodate a speedy repair, I brought the watch to the counter and the gentleman assisted me , unfortunately I became very emotional and could barely speak, he was very patient and helped me as best as he could.and assured me that he would get it done soon and be ready for pick up. He was a man of his word! He called me in less than a half hour and told me it was ready!! I went back to pick it up and to my surprise there was no charge!! I left quickly to go and put it back on my father's wrist, The smile on his face was priceless…. And to you Sir who did this for me I will never forget! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, but every once in a while you come across someone who truly deserves the recognition. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rachel Chiodo at Springer’s Jewelers in Portsmouth, NH on numerous occasions. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, coordinating service for my Rolex watches, assisting with appraisals, it does not matter why I am there, Rachael has always been absolutely exceptional. She consistently greets you with a warm, welcoming smile and is incredibly responsive with phone calls and emails. Her level of customer service is outstanding. What really stands out is her knowledge and respect for the Rolex brand, along with how meticulous and detail-oriented she is with every interaction. It’s always a pleasure working with Rachel.   I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Michelle and Sascha at Springer's Jewelers. Both are so down to earth, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am particular with the watches I like, and I appreciate the honesty both Michelle and Sascha showed me. I really enjoyed working with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the entire Springer's staff I interacted with. They really made my experience fun and enjoyable, and I look forward to working with them again.

  We had a great experience shopping here. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for when we went in. Beth was absolutely fantastic; friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She really listened to what we were looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and showed us options that truly fit our preferences. At no point did we feel pressured or steered in any particular direction, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. We also had some very specific (and somewhat challenging) time constraints, and Beth and the team were more than happy to accommodate us without hesitation. That level of customer service meant a lot. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for a personalized, stress-free experience!
