    We had ordered a few different floral arrangements for a service from Flowers by Leslie and I have to say that they exceeded expectations at every level. Their customer service was wonderful and the arrangements were delivered on time and to specification. It was obvious from the quality of the flowers and the thoughtful arrangements themselves that FBL takes great care in what they do. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Highly recommend.

    Terrible customer service. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. This is very disappointing. I was calling to inquire about a bouquet for a funeral.

    I received the most artistic amazing masterpiece arrangement. The photos do not do justice to the incredible work put into it. A true artist creation I am treasuring. If you want to make someone’s day order your next arrangement at Flowers by Leslie.

    Florist created a beautiful arrangement for a memorial ceremony and even though I didn’t ask in advance for an easel stand for the wreath they went out of their way to ensure I had one the day of the ceremony and were waiting inside first thing in the morning to give me the wreath and easel stand as soon as I walked in. An exceptional personal touch I could not recommend more.
