  Terrible customer service not like the good old days somehow they couldn’t find my girlfriend’s receipt. The item was brand new in the package still had the price tag on it and they shorted her $60 on the product once she called the store. The person on the phone was very dismissive basically had I don’t care of an attitude. She’s a lifelong customer there for 60 bucks. She lost a customer hope it was worth it.

  Went in on a mission for boots, walked out with coats and boots. Carolyn showed us items we hadn't even thought to consider that we actually needed. LL bean products without the crazy prices. Glad we live near here

  First time I have ever stopped here & didn’t buy anything. Sad. Prices too high, sign of the times. I will still shop here & on line.
