  Excellent store! There are always multiple workers available, the store is very clean, tons of items in many sizes and just an overall amazing experience. I have been back at least ten times. I really enjoy this store and the location!

  If I could rate it lower I would. What’s the point of having a dressing room if customers can’t use it. The doors are all locked so you can’t even use them unless there is an attendant. Which there never is! I shouldn’t have to track down a worker just to try something on! Not only that, but while waiting for the dressing room, multiple workers walked by me, and ignored my requests.

  The older lady behind the counter completely ignored my wife for ten minutes while she stood at the counter waiting to checkout. No one else was in the store. Then she was very rude and had an attitude, acting like my wife purchasing items from the author was putting her out. Horrible customer service.

  Such a cute store! The entire staff was so friendly and the person helping us, Lindsey, went the extra mile finding things for both me and my 2 girls!

  I usually enjoy shopping at Aerie, but during two recent visits to the North Conway, NH store, I witnessed the store manager speaking to staff in a loud, condescending way right on the sales floor. On both visits, she singled out and reprimanded an assistant who had been helping me, causing her to step away mid-assistance. This was upsetting to watch, especially since the assistant had been friendly and helpful. The atmosphere became tense, customers (including us) left without buying, and I noticed other shoppers leaving as well. It was disappointing to see this kind of treatment in a store I normally enjoy.
