- JAJames AbrahamJul 18, 20251.0Long time customer of Sunglass Hut and this particular location at the Pheasant Lane Mall. I go to the store a 2pm and there is a note on the door that says they are out and there is no return time. Better yet it says to go to the other location which is in the Macy's on the literal other side of the Mall. No big deal at least they can help. I walk all the way there only to get told by the young lady working that unfortunately what I needed done could only be done at the other location. Good news though shes says the other person was on break and they will be back by the time I get back. Ok so I trek all the way back and SHOCKER store is still closed. I called the store to see if maybe they left a voicemail with a return time, nothing. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying......
