    Long time customer of Sunglass Hut and this particular location at the Pheasant Lane Mall. I go to the store a 2pm and there is a note on the door that says they are out and there is no return time. Better yet it says to go to the other location which is in the Macy's on the literal other side of the Mall. No big deal at least they can help. I walk all the way there only to get told by the young lady working that unfortunately what I needed done could only be done at the other location. Good news though shes says the other person was on break and they will be back by the time I get back. Ok so I trek all the way back and SHOCKER store is still closed. I called the store to see if maybe they left a voicemail with a return time, nothing. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying......

    DO NOT GO HERE THEY SCAM YOU!!!! i SPECIFICALLY told this cashier to not go over my $200 credit card limit, and guess what she does🤣 goes over my limit and now my cards declined? because you cant follow some of the most simple directions, YOU ALREADY AGREED TOO? yeah no thanks, wasted my money and MESSED MY CREDIT UP BC SHE CANT LISTEN? either hire literate cashiers, or stop scamming and ruining peoples finances thanks!

    Went there Saturday & the worker was so rude… not sure that’s the way to talk to a customer asking about a return policy. She had a judgemental face on her the whole time as I asked about a return policy that I was told by a worker at the same store weeks prior to driving up to pheasant lane. She didn’t even try to understand what I was saying, not sure she knows anything about the protection plan policy either. Overall bad experience & rude customer service if u wanna that customer service.
