Had a great experience at Nordstrom Rack. The men’s suiting and shoe selection was excellent and much better than I expected. They also carry premium brands like On footwear at very solid discounts, which was a nice surprise.
The women’s shoe section is massive and offers a ton of great options, easily one of the standout parts of the store.
One small thing to watch for: a few pairs of shoes looked slightly worn or tried on quite a bit, so it’s worth double-checking before purchasing.
We ended up shopping a little past closing time, but the staff remained courteous and didn’t rush us, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely return.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely young woman, Grace. Very helpful, positive and delightful to be around. The store was bright, clean added will be back.
I sometimes come here and get a lot for not too much. There are good days here, and alright days here, bottom line: A store that you want to try.

After shopping for years at the Nordstrom Rack in Back Bay, I was super excited to see one open closer to home, but man...this is not on the same level. Depressing concrete box of a store with messy racks and flickering fluorescent lights, lots of weirdly frumpy and dated clothing, garments on the rack showing stains from oil, deodorants, etc., completely picked over size selections, and most of the beauty goods and sunglasses locked up and requiring assistance to view/try. (Even things that are not high-end, luxury, or particularly highly priced -- did this place get hit with a wave of shoplifters or something?) If I didn't know this was a recently opened store, I would assume it had been there for years and was about to close for good.
The reviewer who said this is more like a Marshalls hit the nail on the head; actually I would say the Marshalls right next door is better -- better store design and organization (and no depressing dirty concrete flooring), lot of the same products, lower prices, and far fewer locked up products. I know Back Bay is a ritzier zip code, but Nashua shouldn't be this far below its quality level.
On the plus side, the sales associate who rang me up was very friendly and quick. Props to you, sir, you were great! Now if we can just get the buyer and the visual merchandiser(s) to that same level of quality, we'd really be cooking here. Hoping this one improves, it would be such a missed opportunity if not.
I've never seen so many mundane piece's of clothing in all my years. Another review said it best -- this is no better than a low grade Marshalls. When you walk in the amounts of racks one would think you'd at least find SOMETHING -- I've been in this store on three separate occasions to see what the options were as the seasons / inventory turn over and still - not a single item worthy of a purchase. What happened to this brands integrity?
It's all space junk.
