I worked with Ildi who helped me find the perfect engagement ring. I appreciate her educating me, letting me take my time and do my research as well, and ultimately not pushing me towards anything I didn’t want. She really was a wonderful thought partner through the whole process. Lastly the quality of the ring and diamond are so good, definitely a trusted brand.

We’ve visited other Long’s locations in Massachusetts before, but this location truly stands out for the level of care and personal attention we’ve received. When we recently came in to pick up my wife’s watch, Sam completely surprised us by having my watch ready as well. It was such an unexpected and special moment, and it truly made our holiday season even more meaningful. We’re so grateful to Sam and the Long’s team and look forward to continuing our relationship with them for years to come!!

He was amazingly helpful in getting the gift for us that we wanted to give our son. From the first time meeting and dealing with him he seems more like a friend than a sales person. For instance my wife was having a surgical procedure done and Tim had called after the surgery to check on her and see how everything went. I never would have expected or had that happen in the past and can’t explain how appreciative we are for it. That is the type of person Tim is. Genuine.

He was very patient and allowed my wife to see anything she wanted too. My wife enjoyed working with him and felt like a valued long standing customer on her first visit. Thank you Tim for taking the time and making us feel valued and appreciated, and not getting annoyed with us. We both asked to look at a lot of stunning pieces of jewelry and you were right there accommodating us every step of the way. Kudos!
