- ASA SpiderManDec 26, 20231.0I like express but this location is awful. Very bad customer service, they treat you like badly and are not helpful. There have been two occasions that I have left that store saying I’m never coming back because of it. Like today I was checking out and the person and the register was clearly showing that she didn’t want to be there and moving super slow. This might not sound like a lot but most businesses today have amazing services and when something like this happens it’s not normal and is upsetting. Last time I had a bad experience the worker was straight up being rude to us. My mom is so mad at this location that she and I will not be returning.not only the customer se But the items in this location are not as good as Salem or Burlington which also sucks. But the one in Salem is a good location and we had no bad experiences, so that’s why I still say I like express it’s just this location.
- BHBrittany HoganJan 16, 20231.0Website says they open at 11am on Sundays. Their voicemail when you call says they open at 11am on Sundays. Went at 11:00 and store was closed. Saw a person behind the locked doors. They would not come talk to us. So we called and got them to pick up the phone so we could find out when the store does open. 12pm. Awful customer service. And why would your website and voicemail state you open at 11am and then not open at 11am!?
