  I was finding a scarf for my mom as a Christmas present, and all the staff in Polo today were very helpful. They are so nice and trying to run around to help me find the best one for my mom. Especially the lady with blonde short hair. I didn’t ask her name, but she is amazing. The customer service here is 5 stars for me! I went to another Polo store in NY before, and it was so disappointing, but here is totally making me feel so happy and very helpful. I can tell that they care about their customers and they love what they do. You guys are the best 🩷
