  Bought sunglasses earlier and went to return them lady at the counter was pretty rude and did not accept my return claiming “scratched” lens i then went to a different shop to get them inspected for a private sale and the other shop said there is no scratches on the lens and they are in mint condition. So be aware if you try to return glasses there they will try to cheat you and be rude about it

  I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store regarding the purchase of a pair of Oakley Sphaera sunglasses. The sales representative, Michael, made several discount promises that were ultimately not honored at the time of purchase. Initially, I was told that I would receive: A 10% discount on two sunglasses, A Buy One Get One 50% Off promotion, and An additional 15% military discount — all of which were said to stack. However, after being pressured to stay at the store until 8:30 PM — well after closing time for other sunglasses retailers — I only received the military discount on one pair of sunglasses. Despite Michael’s repeated assurance that the discounts would stack, none of the other offers were applied. He even claimed that the 10% and 15% discounts would combine to 25%, which clearly did not happen. This experience was not only misleading but left me feeling pressured and disappointed. As a customer, I expect a business to honor the deals presented by its staff. I would not have proceeded with the purchase if I had known the promised discounts would be disregarded. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and works toward ensuring transparency and consistency in sales practices going forward.
