I am told they were running a promotion that if anything happens to the lense within the year, they would swap them for news ones. I was excited about that. A few months later I have swirls on the lens and they have a tackiness that gets worse. I go back, she finds my info in the system, and swaps the glasses. But I get charged again. I remind her of the year warranty I just spoke about. She says nothing is shown in the system and she is sorry I was told that. And people wonder why customers become bitter. The warranty I was promised in the system was bogua and I paid the same amount again. DONE with over prices and way overrated oaklies.
