- FSFelicia SneedOct 26, 20181.0Stopped in on Thursday 10/25/18. I was in the store for several minuets. 2 employee's couldn't even be bothered to greet/acknowledge me, just kept folding sweaters. No one ever asked if I needed any help finding a size etc. Pathetic. I work retail at the local mall/pheasant lane. At my store EVERY client is greeted and given outstanding customer service. This J.crew factory is just sad.
