  Gave me a tough time when I tried to exchange a polar fleece because my friend wanted a different color for Christmas. It still had the tags and I couldn't find the receipt. The cashier had an attitude about it which I really don't understand because it says on the website and on the counter at the store that they take returns without a receipt. She asked me if I was a member and then didn't even both to look it up for me. She let me exchange it but why the attitude?

  I visited the Columbia store today to shop for my kids, and everything was great until the cashier started treating us poorly. I told her that we wanted to use my wife’s student discount but didn’t have the student ID with us. I mentioned that we could provide the email address, which should be enough, but she refused to help. I even went back to the car to get the ID and showed it to her, and then she said, “Oh, you just needed to give the email.” I was really disappointed and felt exhausted by how unhelpful she was. I honestly don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store again.
