  When I walked into this elegant boutique I was greeted by the smiles and welcomes of the kind employees who complimented my outfit. I felt so welcomed into this environment and it was like... I could ask of any assistance and be met with regard like that of a chic Parisian Queen before the be-headings were commonplace! The environment was so appealing to the iris of mine. It was very well kept, neat, and organized with every item being lines up along those luminous white walls. It was as if they were calling my name and wanted to join the rest of my wardrobe, Though this may be because my family has a history with schizophrenia. After browsing the store I came to find a very very stunning evening gown perfect for the quaint event I was planning to attend. But, one foul issue graced my presence... this dress was too big! I was just so petite and I felt embarrassed as the XS dress kept slipping off of me in the changing room. As I wallowed in my sorrow I was met with the kind comfort of an employee who inquired of my adversity at that moment. She thoroughly explained away and told me how an XXS dresses were such an uncommon size of garment for them to carry instore similar to how many jeans only come in a single length. But she quickly directed me to the store website containing even more gowns that I was not accustomed to inside the store. She also showed me how to filter to find my size and I was able to find the exact dress I wanted instore in an XXS.... This location saved me, truly! Fortunately I was very proactive and decided to go shopping weeks prior to my event allowing me ample time for the order to arrive... WINSOR YOU HAVE MY THANKS -In conclusion I hope every vivant customer finds this vivant store to be as pleasing as I have, much love!

  I was so happy when I found out that one of my favorite stores from when I lived in NYC was going to open in Portland that I went the next day it opened. Tried and got nice outfits. Today I went 30 minutes before closing and this girl at the check out station was so rude that was disgusting. I waited for several minutes for someone to come and help me bring down a top and nobody came so I took the aid they had and when I was putting it back, this girl came and yelled at me "don't touch that" and aggressively took it from me. I told her I was waiting for someone but she was nowhere to be found so she said "that's not true, I was right there" so 2 things, lied to my face and called me a liar. I asked if she wanted me to spray it down and she was no,, I just don't want YOU to touch it. Then I asked if I could try my clothes on and she looked me upside down and said no, they're closed (which was true) so I put everything back and walked out. She picked her job so if she's so miserable there she should change jobs. She's white, skinny and has dark hair ohhh and wears her face mask just covering her mouth. So if you see her, ask for help from someone else cause she's the rudest person I've ever seen at a store.

  I had an online return and came to exchange for a new dress and shoes. Maggie was extremely helpful with finding me something new and with the exchange! Thank you so much
