Was told I couldn't return my items, only to find out from the their customer service that they lied/had no idea what their own return policy was. Wasted my time and money. Will never shop at that store or online with them again....I did however drive down to the Nashua store and they took all my items back, no problem. The employee at the Nashua store was even nice enough to look bewildered on my behalf as to why brand new items with tags attached that were still being sold in the store and online would not be taken back. I would recommend shopping at Pheasant Lane if you can for this store.

As I was leaving I see the people who were about 4 people back in line checking out towards the front of the store. “Thank you for your patience”— how about next time you check out people at the front of the line who have been waiting. Also, the bra and top worn by the person who seemed to be running everything was very inappropriate.
