The other guy was mounting scopes in the back room. He stepped into the doorway to shoulder a rifle to look through a scope he had just mounted. While doing so he swept all 3 of us with the rifle and actually had the rigid pointed at the back of his coworker's head. The lack of firearm safety was appalling.
