    I have been shopping at Jc Penney for over 10 years, service and quality of product has been always great until last week, I bought a pair of heels in shadow lake Papillion and wore them once for less than an hour and they were peeling off already, went to the store to make a complain and manager did not provide any solution, I was expecting at least an exchange or refund.

    Customer service was great and deserves 5 stars! BUT I used to find a lot more great deals in the past. However, in recent years I haven't seen the same selection as even 5 or 6 years ago. Even online, I am not finding the same great deals or even styles that I like anymore.
