  My daughter and I come here almost weekly and never have a bad time. For it being 2026 it's certainly lively for a mall these days showing no sign of stopping

  OPEN THE BATHROOMS NEAR THE PLAYPLACE. It makes zero sense to have a family bathroom area and it be closed right where kids would need it most. Whoever is making this decision should really use their heads more. If you can’t keep staff to keep it open, pay better. Useless to have a bathroom near where kids play and it not be open. Have been sitting here an hour now and besides my son, 3 other families that weren’t playing came to use the bathroom and 2 other families with younger kids also went to use this bathroom.

  I work with adults with disabilities and wanted to report one of your cleaning staff for some discriminatory practices they have been doing. I do not know their name (as they are the ONLY staff Ive seen WITHOUT a nametag cleaning the food court areas) but do have a photo of them. Multiple times we have been to the canes and subway food court with our group for lunch. Either one or both of the staff (of our group) will purchase lunch as well so we are paying customers on top of it. This lady will come up to the tables we are seated at WHILE still eating and start spraying and wiping the tables as we eat and have food out. This is 1) rude and unacceptable but 2) very dangerous as if chemicals get on the food or skin of our group they may have reactions or sickness. She does not do this to any other table in the whole food court but always will come up to ours. As this is discrimination as our group is adults with disabilities, I thought to report it as it is wrong and rude. I have seen other cleaning employees who will not spray our tables which i appreciate greatly. But this one lady is very rude about it and even moves our stuff on the tables to spray and wipe under and sweeps under us while we are eating. I hope this gets resolved as this has happened MULTIPLE times and we have even asked her not to but she continues anyways. Since its been a couple weeks with no response from Westroads through your comment line on your website, I will be posting my experience to my social media and google reviews and so forth. The health and safety of my clients is the most important thing to me and I am so dissappointed that she would have such discriminatory actions towards a vulnerable group.

  Had a great time at Westroads Mall! The mall has a lot of play areas for kids, plenty of shops to explore, and a nice eating area with many food options. I tried the veg sushi, which was really good, and the protein-based food was awesome. The bubble tea wasn’t my favorite, but everything else made up for it. It’s also fun to see TikTok-style shops and trendy stores around the mall. Overall, a lively place to spend time with family and friends! 🛍️🍣
