  I purchased Ray-Ban Meta glasses online, where it clearly states a 30-day return policy, and selected in-store pickup. When I went back to the same store to return the item, I was told they could not process the return and was asked to contact Ray-Ban Meta support instead. The associate mentioned there is a small note at the register stating the glasses are non-returnable. However, this was never communicated verbally at the time of pickup — the item was simply handed to me, so I had no reasonable chance to notice a small written note. What made this experience worse was the “solution” offered. Instead of helping with a proper return or guiding me clearly, the employee suggested that I sell the product on a marketplace. That is completely unacceptable and not a reasonable response to a customer trying to return a product within the stated return window. Additionally, the employee’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, which added to the frustration. Overall, this experience was disappointing due to misleading return information, poor communication, and lack of proper customer service. I expected much better.

  I had a disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut. The associate was very unenthusiastic and not particularly helpful. I was looking for a specific pair that the website showed as available for in-store pickup, but unfortunately, it was not actually in stock. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. The store could benefit from having more variety and newer selections, as I already own several of the styles they currently carry.
