He stayed and helped. He got my son’s measurements for his prom tux. He did not rush. He had my son’s measurements. He tried on different pieces to make sure he got exactly what he wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. What happens if I accidentally damage a rental?
All rental orders include a $10 damage waiver that covers minor stains, rips, or wear-and-tear repairs. Our professional dry cleaners and tailors are highly skilled in addressing such issues. However, for items that are lost, intentionally damaged, or returned in an unsalvageable condition, a replacement fee may be applicable.
When do I return my rental?
Rental items are due for return on the next business day following your event. Returns can be made at any of our five retail locations. For added convenience, we provide Express-Return drop boxes at our Des Moines store, which are accessible outside of regular business hours.
