  I WILL NEVER AGAIN SET FOOT IN THIS STORE. EVER!!!! I been shopping here since the grand opening, on a monthly basis and have purchased many items especially purses, shoes and jewelry Even met the store manager on Grand opening in October 2024 and talked to her every time I'm in the store, who seemed very nice. That all turned when I tried to return a purchase of dresses that didnt fit that I am now stuck with. I seen no where on my receipt of a return policy. Nor do they tell you when you purchase items, just want your money. That is very rude to not give someone money back, not even on a gift card. That is not hurting the store in my opinion. ITS MY MONEY!!! These dresses are still in perfect condition never worn and I cant have my money back. 😡😡😡😡😠😠😠 Everyone I know I will tell not to shop here because its not worth it. They dont even have the nice items they had when the store first open. I just tried to be of support and look where it got me. NEVER AGAIN!!!! THIS LEFT A VERY BAD FEELING AND I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT NOT GETTING MY MONEY OR A GIFT CARD OR EVEN NORDSTROM BUCKS BACK😡😡 Ill be trashing the bag dont even wanna see nothing about this store.

  I would rate a zero! There return policy for a online purchase is absolutely ridiculous! I received a defective product .I went to return the item and they only offered to refund me for the product and not the shipping I paid. I still don't a have a full refund after 30 days of purchasing.

  I'd give a zero if I could. Today, I returned a pair of boots from a purchase 43 days ago, outside a 30 day Return policy, which I did not see printed anywhere on the receipt. $118.. I NEVER shop here. I bought these boots on a whim, waiting for it to be cold enough to wear them. Tried them on, not comfortable...now stuck with a $118 gift card I'll never use. Thanks Alex V, manager for "sticking to the return policy" telling me there are "signs on the wall that state the policy". I read receipts, the front. Returned back to work, after that horrible experience, to see the backside of the receipt, in the most FADED-TAN print, Can't even read it. Suggestion: Put your return policy in bolder print and on the front of the receipt.
