  Just now New This Saturday I had the worst experience. I felt like quitting smoking. I was served by a very elderly woman. She seemed very nervous and did everything nervously. I bought four cigarette oils: two nicotine oils and four cigarette burners. The woman charged me for three oils instead of two, and one was nicotine-free. Not only that, but when she rang me up, she told me it was $45. I gave her a $100 bill, and she changed me back to $45. She did everything backwards. When I got home, I realized what had happened, and to top it all off, she didn't even give me a receipt. It's so sad that no one can provide good customer service anymore. I miss this place because other people have always treated me very well. I wish I could speak with the owner. i Este sábado tuve la peor experiencia sentí ganas de dejar de fumar me atendió una señora de edad muy abansada. Se se miraba muy nerviosa todo lo hacia con muchos nervios yo compré cuatro dos aceites de nicotina y 4 quemadores pues la señora me cobró 3 aceite tes envés de dos y uno era sin nicotina y no solo eso sino que al cobrarme me dijo so 45 dólares. Le di un billete de 100 y me regreso 45 dólares todo lo hizo alreves. Cuando yege a mi casa me di cuenta de todo y para colmo no siquiera me dió recibo. Que tristeza que ya nadie pueda tener un buen servicio al cliente que extraño porque en este lugar otras personas siempre me avían atendido muy bien. Ojalá pudiera hablar con la dueña.

  Habitz has been LYING about KLEAR Kryptonite cleaner to my husband for a whole year. The company wasn't founded by 'some guy in his house' it was founded by Trisha Hamilton. They've told my husband the 'guy' who owns the recipe. (lie by the way) the formula was made by a team of chemical engineers and professionals, not in some guys basement. They told my husband the 'guy' who owns/makes KLEAR Kryptonite has been sick and they haven't been able to get the product, when IN FACT; You can go onto KLEAR Kryptonite's website OR AMAZON EVEN and order two bottles of KLEAR Kryptonite for 32$ plus shipping. Y'all should be ASHAMED for lying to my husband!!!

  They have good stuff but don’t bother trying to use the website, it won’t show you the products they have but it will give you a pointless description(definition) so if you go to e-liquids, it’ll tell you what an e-liquid is but not actually show you the products they have

  Purchased "Not your bakery" THC disposable, first box would not blow and was clogged immediately. The associate kindly replaced it with the exact same product. Had the same issue two Pens in a row. It was explained before purchase the products are known to clog, but it took the associate three rounds of blowing through the back of the pen to unclog long enough for a test hit. My trust in the product already impacted by the experience, I asked for an exchange for a more expensive product and was denied because it worked. Drive home and 15 minutes later my $50 purchase is still only a paperweight. Horrific service, shoddy product. It hurts to see one of your favorite locations become such a horror story.

  The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. My friend is in a lot of pain, and they had multiple products to help soothe pain.
