  Would not recommend. Their customer service is horrible! I placed an order online. System glitched and duplicated the order. I received 3 pairs of shoes and was charged for 3 pair. Went to the store to return 2 of the pairs. Was charged again. Caught the error so they refunded me for 4 pairs. Then a month later, I got an email that 2 orders went through and my card was charged 2 more times. Called customer service and they said the system glitched and I would be refunded for these 2 pairs of shoes within 24-48 hours. Still no refund. I called them and now they are saying I wasn't charged. Now I have to go to the bank and report fraud because it is clearly charged. DO NOT purchase directly from VANS!!!!!

  Store Manager Adam has been delightful to work with! I was looking for one particular pair of shoes at his location which he didn't have and they were sold out online. I got ahold of one of the KC stores where I met other store manager Damien (who was also incredible) who had the shoes! He partnered and worked with Adam to get these shoes shipped here so I wouldnt have to drive over 3 hours to get them. Adam has been beyond attentive, and has been keeping me filled in on shipping, to make sure I dont drive across town before they're here. I couldn't be more greatful for the professionalism and next level of customer service Adam has shown. I said the same thing about Damien, but its true for Adam as well, you expect this level of service when purchasing a home or expensive vehicle, not a pair of shoes that is less than $50, yet I'm walking away from this experience feeling like I walked off the red carpet. Both team members should be recognized and should be considered for promotions and/or greater pay compensation.

  I went in right before Christmas, maybe the 23rd or 24th. I needed to get my entire family last minute Christmas gifts, and Vans being a family favorite, I thought I would get everyone a pair of shoes. I was extremely overwhelmed shopping last minute, and although It was MY FAULT for waiting until last night to Christmas shop, the workers there were the most helpful through this whole process. A man named Taylor helped me pick out MATCHING shoes for my entire family. He helped pick out the styles and was strategic in picking the shoe, making sure he had the correct style in every size I needed. He helped me pick out for 4 adults, 2 children, and one baby. Might I add, the store was so busy at the time but Taylor helped me all the way through, ensuring I had the smoothest transactions possible. He actually made me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Thanks to Taylor the the team at the Vans store, my family all had matching shoes and it was so fun watching everyone open at the same time. Thanks to Taylor for having the best customer service and helping me make Christmas memorable this year.
