Very down to earth, very kind and very very helpful. We felt the prices were reasonable and the communication was excellent, and best of all my husband looked so handsome on our wedding day!
- ISI am THE scrubOct 5, 20251.0Tried to return a suit on Sunday, 10/5/2025, was met with over a 40 minute wait, as the doors remained locked, but lights on inside. Kinda a terrible experience as I do have things to do besides sit around and wait for them to decide to open up over an hour past their listed time. Watched a small crowd of other customers also wait, before just dropping the suit bags on the ground outside and leaving. Heck, I even tried calling their listed number, to just end up at a voicemail as no one picked up. My honest advice? Choose somewhere else for your formal wear needs. If a business can't be bothered to honor their hours, especially with nothing posted about a late opening, then they can't be trusted with your business. I am going to be following the lead of my fellow man in this instance and leaving the suit outside on the ground as I have a life to get to, and can't spend all day waiting for someone to eventually turn up.

Since we are having a destination wedding and leave tomorrow we were panicking looking for a place to get a suit that would work. Luckily, we found Sleffington’s and Rebecca found us the perfect suit and hemmed it same day to make the perfect fit! They have amazing selection and I will tell all my friends to go here!!! They are the best!!!

What happens if I accidentally damage a rental?

However, for items that are lost, intentionally damaged, or returned in an unsalvageable condition, a replacement fee may be applicable.
When do I return my rental?
Rental items are due for return on the next business day following your event. Returns can be made at any of our five retail locations. For added convenience, we provide Express-Return drop boxes at our Des Moines store, which are accessible outside of regular business hours.
