Very down to earth, very kind and very very helpful. We felt the prices were reasonable and the communication was excellent, and best of all my husband looked so handsome on our wedding day!
- ISI am THE scrubOct 5, 20251.0Tried to return a suit on Sunday, 10/5/2025, was met with over a 40 minute wait, as the doors remained locked, but lights on inside. Kinda a terrible experience as I do have things to do besides sit around and wait for them to decide to open up over an hour past their listed time. Watched a small crowd of other customers also wait, before just dropping the suit bags on the ground outside and leaving. Heck, I even tried calling their listed number, to just end up at a voicemail as no one picked up. My honest advice? Choose somewhere else for your formal wear needs. If a business can't be bothered to honor their hours, especially with nothing posted about a late opening, then they can't be trusted with your business. I am going to be following the lead of my fellow man in this instance and leaving the suit outside on the ground as I have a life to get to, and can't spend all day waiting for someone to eventually turn up.

Since we are having a destination wedding and leave tomorrow we were panicking looking for a place to get a suit that would work. - DYDon YoungOct 9, 20243.0We were married September 28 of 2024. Young/Nielsen. We ended up having 10 taxes rented and suspenders and bowties for the two ring bearers. Had to have someone so on buttons that just fell off when being buttoned on tux coats. That happened on four of the men in the wedding party. I was the groom, and I had an ivory vest, which was different than everybody else’s, and I got it With stains on it that can be seen in the pictures that we took before the wedding ceremony even started. I was not the one to bring my back in after the wedding so I didn’t have anyone to speak to about it. And also on the arms of the suitcoat, the seams were already coming apart and you could tell where it had been sewn several times to adjust the length of the sleeves. It looked very, very tacky. When we first came in to get taxes, we talked with a guy I believe his name was Doug and was the manager at the Omaha branch. Very difficult to deal with the next time we came in to check on our orders and make sure everything was the way that , we had wanted he was no longer with you and the lady that was in there that took over the managing of the store. Did an amazing job to straighten out the issues that we had. But we did pay a lot of money to rent these taxes to have stains on the groom’s vest and button that just fall off on the suit coats and the sleeves of the grooms tux jacket coming apart, so you can see the shirt underneath, and the lines were sewn several times to adjust the length of the arms.

All rental orders include a $10 damage waiver that covers minor stains, rips, or wear-and-tear repairs. Our professional dry cleaners and tailors are highly skilled in addressing such issues. However, for items that are lost, intentionally damaged, or returned in an unsalvageable condition, a replacement fee may be applicable.
When do I return my rental?
Rental items are due for return on the next business day following your event. Returns can be made at any of our five retail locations. For added convenience, we provide Express-Return drop boxes at our Des Moines store, which are accessible outside of regular business hours.
