- SGStefani GrellAug 10, 20241.0Ashlee is completely incompetent. First, she was unable to scan a gift card, or enter the numbers correctly manually. She placed an order online for me to just do an online pickup. Mind you, I’m in the store shopping to begin with. She entered the wrong color for one item, so when it went through, it said it was being shipped. Instead of just fixing the color issue later, since it was her mistake, she refused to allow me to take the item, even though I had paid for it. I had to stand and wait 45 minutes while she spoke to another store, and they could still only come up with me having to cancel the order she made and wait 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to then try and re-purchase items. Absolutely absurd.

When I went today there was an employee who was right in front of me and made eye contact but did not say hi or even smile. Awful
