I received a defective product .I went to return the item and they only offered to refund me for the product and not the shipping I paid. I still don't a have a full refund after 30 days of purchasing.

Today, I returned a pair of boots from a purchase 43 days ago, outside a 30 day Return policy, which I did not see printed anywhere on the receipt. $118.. I NEVER shop here. I bought these boots on a whim, waiting for it to be cold enough to wear them. Tried them on, not comfortable...now stuck with a $118 gift card I'll never use. Thanks Alex V, manager for "sticking to the return policy" telling me there are "signs on the wall that state the policy". I read receipts, the front. Returned back to work, after that horrible experience, to see the backside of the receipt, in the most FADED-TAN print, Can't even read it. Suggestion: Put your return policy in bolder print and on the front of the receipt.
