  I’d love to give this Maxwell better stars, walked in about 5:00 on 10/11/2025. The older lady working there was awful from the time we came in until we left. She just stared at us walking in. Said hello, and then started looking at our hands. Been to Madewell in other cities also, never a problem. Went to this one twice had the same treatment. Don’t worry older lady though, WHBM enjoyed the $1,500 sales you could have had.

  Grace was so wonderful! She was so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I was shopping after having a baby and Grace was so patient and helpful in finding the right sizes. I spent way more than I planned to between 2 visits and plan to go back again!

  Used to buy all my jeans here. They no longer carry mens clothes. Really disappointed.

  Lovely store. The associates were very sweet and helpful. The cashier even noticed a stain on the dress I was buying and got me another dress. I wouldn’t have even noticed until I got home! Very happy with my experience.
