- JJJennaDec 30, 20171.0DO NOT GO HERE. Customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with and no help whatsoever. They don’t tell you common things that may cause a violation until it happens to you and then they’ll say that “you were supposed to ask if that would be a violation”. So I guess if you do go through them, make sure at your first appointment you think of EVERY car malfunction or situation you possibly could and ask about each one of them. Not telling you is an easy way to get extra money from you and causing you to screw up your schedule because you have three days to get an appointment time that works for you. Seriously the worst place ever.
