- AGAngie GlassMay 6, 20251.0Came in around 5, 5:30 (they close at 7) on a Tuesday night with at least 4 ladies working. When I walked in and the whole time I was there, not one of them said hi, offered a fitting room, or even acknowledged that I was there! I had an arm full of clothes and walked past one of them by the dressing room and still didn’t offer to help!!!! Also, I believe when I was in there, there was 1 other lady shopping. They were not busy at all. Absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever! After reading the other reviews I don’t see their “customer service” changing anytime soon. Sad! Do better J Crew!

My money is good at lovesac, Kinarra, Pottery Barn and Garbo’s and any regular J Crew. But not this one! Not a single person greeted me, every employee just gave dirty looks and one laughed. Don’t see this place lasting long if this is the way they treat people!
