When I walked in and the whole time I was there, not one of them said hi, offered a fitting room, or even acknowledged that I was there! I had an arm full of clothes and walked past one of them by the dressing room and still didn’t offer to help!!!! Also, I believe when I was in there, there was 1 other lady shopping. They were not busy at all. Absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever! After reading the other reviews I don’t see their “customer service” changing anytime soon. Sad! Do better J Crew!
