  I brought in a diamond necklace to be "restored"... buying a new chain, as the old one had become tangled. From choosing the chain options to the superb work done by Chris, the jeweler, who chose to take time to unravel the old chain and save it after I'd given up and pristinely cleaned it, to the packaging presentation... a beautiful cream-colored square box with an inner rounded-corner square, satin-hinged box with a beautiful copper logo and detailed coordinating bag. It's gorgeous and am so pleased and happy to be wearing it again! Thank you Chris and Gunderson's!

  Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Security guard Jeff was outstandingly friendly and on top of things. Kathy in watch repair was the best! We are customers for our future needs for sure. Outstanding service and outstanding store with all kinds of options and selections!

  Gundersons resized my ring and the experience could not have been better. Nick assisted me with sizing and Sarah notified me when the work was completed. Completed in a timely manner, excellent quality resize, I am very happy with Gunderson,,would recommend.

  Cathy was awesome! She help me and my wife find exactly what we were looking for. She was patient and easy to chat with. Made the experience easy and fun! The store is beautiful! Very comfortable to walk around and see what peaks our interest.

  WOW! Wonderful, friendly service. We had previously gone to Time Center on 122nd and Center to have a few links removed from an inexpensive watch to better fit my 96-year-old dad's wrist. The quoted cost for a 5-minute service was $20—more than the cost of the watch itself! The husband and wife owners wouldn't budge on the price and weren't particularly friendly about it. We left and went to Gunderson's Jewelry, where the gentleman who called on us was wonderful and the price was only $15. He made sure the fit was perfect, even making a second adjustment, and couldn't have been more pleasant. Five stars for Gunderson's—they definitely have my future business!
