From the initial communication about what I was looking for, to the recommendations suited to my style and budget, to Nico coming in on his day off to accommodate my schedule to finalize my purchase, I was truly impressed. I found myself having real and meaningful conversations with Nico, a couple of his colleagues, and Jeff from the security team as I was picking up my watch. It was a surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable experience, zero sense of being a “transactional” trip. I’ll be a long time customer of Gunderson’s based on my experience, and encourage anyone looking for real help in building a timepiece collection to do the same. A+ all around!
