    My boyfriend spent nearly $100 on a bouquet of flowers for me and I got this crap? Are you serious? Extremely disappointed and the worker was rude and useless. Also, they sent it through uber eats and didn’t even give us the code to verify it upon deliver.

    Just got a delivery that has a vase of flowers and a box of chocolates plus a box of chocolate covered strawberries. The vase is on its side and the food is standing in about an inch of water. The strawberries are ruined and the chocolates are wet and look very old. Not sure anything I got is edible! Just called the store and they had me send them pictures. Not sure they plan to do anything to fix this.

    Called and asked for an edible arrangement bouquet on the day I needed it, they had it ready very quickly, by the time I got there it was ready. I added their chocolate dipped fruit too once I got there and they made them quickly, even gave me a free chocolate strawberry as I waited! Great service!
