  I tried ordering on line, but it kept asking the same questions over again and ended up with a triple order. So called the number and the girl on the other end didnt seem to understand what I was saying. Asked to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. Guess they dont want my business

  The chocolate-covered fruits were delicious! The strawberries were my favorite — very fresh and tasted amazing with the chocolate. I will definitely come back again.

  They are so lucky to even get one star… first off I never have any issues with edible arrangements..til today! I had placed an online order for my nieces birthday and she didn’t receive one of the items.. I didn’t get a call, text or email stating that it is out of stock! So I had to be notified from my family member that the item wasn’t in there, then I called and the lady just said ok I’ll refund.. and to top it off the fruit was bad on the items I bought. They issued me a refund for the item not in stock but come on do better!

  I am giving one star and would give 0 stars if available. I will no longer be doing any further business with the stored located on 74th and Pacific in Omaha. My Valentine arrangement delivered was missing the balloons I paid for. In addition, the pineapple and half of the strawberries were spoiled. I had pictures to document this as well before my husband even opened the package. Why would a company deliver something that was visibly no good? While the company offered to replace the amount I paid with a "bonus", the fruit they replaced it with was less than what I originally paid for and barely covered the tray. Once I arrived home to try the fruit, the strawberries didn't even last a few hours. They again were soft and the pineapple and apples were extremely soft and watery within the hour. We had to throw it out. Additionally, no "bonus" fruit was provided to make it right as they explained and by the time all was said and done, a lesson learned. Never going back.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements in Omaha. I placed an order three days ago totaling $139.09, and the delivery was never made. Since February 10th, there has been absolutely no communication from this store. No call. No email. No update. Nothing. I have tried multiple times to resolve the issue. Each time I call, I am placed on hold for up to 15 minutes with no resolution. Emails have gone unanswered. There has been zero effort from this location to reschedule the delivery, provide an update, or even acknowledge the failure. At this point, I am forced to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back because the store will not respond. For a $139 order, this level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you are considering ordering from this location, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left completely in the dark.
