I never received any communication so I called the store at 11am this morning and they said my order was cancelled. I asked who cancelled it. She responded "the manager." I asked why. She said because the manager "could not find the shoe in the floor." I stated that I never received communication. She said they will send it now. What a horrible, lazy, disorganized store. You are seriously lacking intelligence, DSW.
