  Buying flowers for your mom’s memorial service isn’t something anyone wants to do. We realized as we pulled into the parking lot maybe we should’ve made an appointment. The staff helped us on the spot without mentioning an appt at all and were professional, caring, and attentive to detail. I really wanted something that didn’t feel “funeral-esque” that felt more cheery and something mom would have liked. What arrived was amazing, they nailed it! They made this part of the planning simple and I am grateful for that. My photo doesn’t do the arrangement justice… but wanted to share.

  Conrad and Curtis at Stem Gallery did the floral and decor for my wife and I at our wedding recently. From our first meeting we knew Conrad was going to knock it out of the park and boy was that an understatement. The team at Stem Gallery went above and beyond and blew our expectations out of the water. Conrad is an amazing communicator and his taste is top notch. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience with Stem Gallery and we can’t put into words how thankful we are to the whole team at Stem Gallery. If you want to have a top tier experience with floral and decor Conrad and Stem Gallery should be your top choice in the 402. Thanks a million!

  My boyfriend got me flowers from here for Valentine's Day. He picked them up Thursday around 4pm and by the time I woke up Saturday morning at 8am, the roses were dead and other plants hadn't even began to bloom. Now on Monday those flowers still haven't bloomed and are now dying. I am very disappointed. This is the worst place in arrangement and bouquet of flowers i have received during our 4 year relationship, and not coincidently it was his first time purchasing from this store.

  I needed arrangements for an upcoming party. We spoke by phone a number of times. I flew in for the party, went to the gallery and they knew NOTING about it. They sort of forgot. Seriously. While waiting for someone to at least recognize that I was patiently waiting at the counter, they fell all over clients with money and completely ignored folks waiting. Then whipped something up and charged me an absolute fortune for nothing. Really outrageous charge. NOT to mention the attitude. I work in a very high profile professional business, but learned early on that you need to treat everyone the same, regardless of how much money they had. They are very creative, but need to loose the arrogance and excessive charges.
