    I remember why I quit going to Gen V (Downtown) for instances similar to today at about 6:30 pm the young lady “helping” couldn’t let me touch a mechanical mod in which she knew nothing about (which I said some are tricky & I’d like to try because I wanted to buy it) & I was wanting to check a couple things like how the battery goes in & if it had a lock on the fire button) & again she didn’t know any one thing about it and actually pulled it back to her chest with both hands (I couldn’t even have reached it nor would I have) and a very intense mean stare, & acted like I was going to run off with it after I already made a purchase w my phone number to my points and my credit card payment. And then I was asking about (just so I could come in & talk to him so I didn’t lose contact if he leaves due to hearing rumors of gen v closing its doors) in which she swore “I was wrong and she knew everybody who worked there & said she worked there seven months and who I’m describing has never worked there! The last time in I was talking to him and he’s been there for years..(I was w someone purchasing) So needless to say she told me I was wrong on 3-4 occasions and that is not customer service. No customer deserves leaving w such a sour taste! & I USED TO ONLY SHOP AT GEN V FROM WHEN THEY OPENED UNTIL a good year or about two years ago, And I’ve tried four times bringing myself, & 3 family members business but this continues on! And the way she looked at me like a thief (after she had my name, I.D and phone number along with a purchase right before, so to my points account too w all that info) or I was gonna run off w a mod after she couldn’t figure out how the battery goes in… and I was about to spend about $200 after tax on a mech mod! I don’t know about anyone else experience’s but I know I’m not the only one! And seems to have a pattern of girls who pass judgement on customers they do not know, and I dress nice so not the one to look at like a thief, “Criminal” type! I left more offended than I’ve ever been treated! And I even tried leaving my billet box$400+ setup) down so she knew I wouldn’t do nothing stupid! because I asked to try opening the battery port! It used to be great!! when going in you where known by first name to regular’s, now it definitely feels the opposite! This employee needs retraining in customer service. But likely I won’t return for business and wouldn’t recommend going!!! I’ve literally been a customer since they opened the first Gen V… & never went anywhere else except online if I couldn’t find something I needed due to me using rebuildables/billet box mod. So that’s why this review is so long! I truly hope to see Gen V go back to how it used to be! And have knowledgeable staff! That’s what’s in your mission statement anyway. I wish this wasn’t the reality but unfortunately it is!

    This place does dangerously mislabeled they’re products. That, in my option, tells me they don’t have proper regulations. Anyway just attempting to save the hemp industry in Nebraska. It confused me, honestly. I’ve got a decent knowledge of what’s what when it comes to cannabis. D8 = 21. Thc prod. = 21.imho, shut them down. Super dangerous, imo not worth the building they’re in. Sorry, gotta let people know. Don’t get us shut down, I need medicinal. Please works better than synthetic medication in my opinion and my experience. Thank you for your time. We’ll see you on the flipside.
