The staff here was incredibly helpful!
Chuck went up and out of his way to assist us In finding a chair, even after they were closed, we were still in there and he was looking around the back, trying to find it for us!
When we got to the register to check out the guy at the cash register was even kind enough to help us check out again, Staying late to do so!
Great team great store should have higher ratings!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere where they prioritize customer service.
I was quoted a price over the phone for a firearm by Devon. I told him I would think about it. The next day Charlie calls me and leaves a voicemail telling me that if I bought the gun I could stack Club Card Days (10% discount) and if I was Military (which I am) I could save an extra 5%. He told me the new total on the voicemail. I applied for the card and called in the next day to pay the total I was quoted. I them spoke to another associate who told me that I couldn't stack my discount with the total Devon told me. I told him that Charlie quoted me that price with Devons total and the military/club card days discount. The employee told me he he'd have the manager call me.
Skylar from the gun department called me back and was the most rude individual I've ever encountered in customer service. He lied and told me he was a manager (more on that later). He cut me off, didn't listen, and did not show me respect. Pretty insane when I was trying to spend several thousand dollars at their store. I can't stress enough how rude and disrespectful he was.
I asked to speak to the store manager. Skylar lied again and told me he "didn't know who that was and that he wouldn't transfer me." After I called back I was directed to Corey the store manager. Corey did apologize and said he would listen to the recorded calls to investigate and would return me call. He also told me that Skylar isn't a manager, suprising. I told him I have the voicemail recorded with the price I was quoted. A week goes by, nothing. Another 3 days and I call back, they've obviously forgotten about me. Corey said he could honor the military discount and the club discount but gave me a different total (3rd total now) that I was quoted. $400 higher. I asked if he listened to the calls, he says he didn't...
I've engaged my local store who passed my name to a regional manager. I'm still waiting on that call. In the meantime, they sold the firearm I wanted, after lying to me and not honoring the price I was quoted.
I truly believe that Cabelas, at least this store, does not values their customers. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere. After loads of business with them, out of principle alone I'll be going elsewhere. You're just a number to them.

I went to browse the fishing selection. I explained to the person in this department. I was looking for catfish poles when I had mentioned I usually buy mine at Walmart and I wasn't familiar with these brands. He started treating me totally different, I guess don't ask questions about any of the products for assistance unless you want to get judged LOL (the grumpy white haired old guy)

I can’t say this loud enough — don’t waste your time or money at Cabela’s. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employees act like helping customers is beneath them, and if you ask a question or need guidance, they’ll either ignore you or act annoyed. I’ve even seen them refuse to help people who were ready to make a purchase.
For a store that big, it’s shocking how little they care about their customers. You’d think spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars would mean you get at least basic respect — but not here.
If you actually want good service, go to Guns Unlimited. They treat you like a person, not a problem. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and their prices are way better. The whole experience is smoother, faster, and friendlier.
Cabela’s has completely lost touch with what customer service means. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that actually appreciates it — Guns Unlimited.
