Goods quality is down so low it is a tripping hazard in Hell and the prices are sky high. I mean, little things that made you at least feel a little bit like they gave a crap about you as a customer are long gone. Fudge samples, gone. Knowledgeable staff, gone. Bargain Cave, gone. They're too busy pitching credit cards and time shares to give a rip about if you have a question or, heaven forbid, want to buy something where you actually have to interact with someone to do so. I'm sure it is all by design so BPS can dump the stores they didn't really want and use the down turned sales as justification for doing it so they don't look like the money grabbing folks they are.

Also seeing Santa here was an absolute cluster. Had a scheduled time and was 30+ minutes behind. Scheels is 1000x better than this place.
