Also was not very kind explaining the discounted prices. It is Black Friday, so I get it being crazy and chaotic but don’t go into customer service if you can’t deal with the customers. On the other hand, on our first trip in the cashier Briana was very kind and a huge help.

- XPX PNov 2, 20251.0I went to purchase a watch, sellers were assisting me with my shopping and told me they could adjust the watch to my appropriate size. They insisted on the watch needing to be purchased first. It was a basic fold over clasp with only one link being able to be removed and not adjustable to my size. It all ended up being a waste of time. It would have been better if staff would have been knowledgeable about the products and it’s adjustability vs making people purchase products with false guarantees.

Ordered an item online and forgot to update with a secondary name called the store to which they gave me a customer service number. Called and was told they were not authorized to add an additional pick up name was told to contact the store. Contacted the store to which i got a manger by the name of Angel. She would not hear me out nor was willing to help me all she could say was that they weren’t able to add a secondary name and not giving me a chance to explain or offer an option to add a pick up name. Not that it matters but i will definitely not be doing business here again. Terrible customer service

Was super helpful today even gave me an extra discount. Wasn't pushy, and even help me look at a couple of purses in different prices. He needs a raise. He was amazing. Not only did I come back to get another purse, but I also referred it to my mother in law which she bought a person wallet as well and then my friend, we will be back.Thank you so much again jeremy.
