- QKQuinn KnudsenDec 1, 20251.0Shockingly bad experience. My family decided to make the trip to the outlet on Black Friday, but no one was in the store. Inclement weather delayed opening, but even though all other stores were open, no one showed at Express for the two and a half hours we were there. Came back on Cyber Monday and they refused to honor their previous sale or their online sales even though I had plenty of reason to ask for a simple extension. I also called several times before making my trip to ask about sales, but no one ever answered. Employee was apathetic and uncaring, and I will not be coming back after being a very loyal customer for years. What an absolute waste of two hours of driving.
