  Placed an online order. Receipt email with a single order number, but my card was charged twice. Emailed to inquire about the second charge and was told it was going to fall off. Got a single shipping notification. Both charges ended up posting to my account. Emailed again and asked why both charges posted. No response. My order arrived. A second duplicate order arrived the next day. Then almost a week later someone from their customer service dept emailed saying that I placed two orders (still never got a receipt from the second order) and I could email them a picture of the second item if it was still in its packaging and they would issue a return shipping label, but there would be an additional $7.99 restock fee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

  Called, asked if I buy a scope and rings will you bore site it? "Yes" drove an hour had a $500 scope and $80 rings on the counter. "Its $20 to mount and bore site" I left, he didn't care. Went to Scheels

  Call him and ask him if they have an item says yes they have several you drive to the store an hour and a half and they don’t even carry what you ask about very nice. Their employees should know more about their products.

  The place was dead on Black Friday. We spent about a half hour walking around, trying on coats etc. Not a single employee asked if we needed any help. All of the items I went to look at they didn't have at that store. Kind of sucks because I've been to a couple of different stores in different states, they had what I was looking for and were treated nicely by the staff who offered help if we needed. The Grand Island store needs to work on customer service. The same thing happened to a friend of mine who was there a couple of months ago.
