Called, asked if I buy a scope and rings will you bore site it? "Yes" drove an hour had a $500 scope and $80 rings on the counter. "Its $20 to mount and bore site" I left, he didn't care. Went to Scheels

Call him and ask him if they have an item says yes they have several you drive to the store an hour and a half and they don’t even carry what you ask about very nice. Their employees should know more about their products.

The place was dead on Black Friday. We spent about a half hour walking around, trying on coats etc. Not a single employee asked if we needed any help. All of the items I went to look at they didn't have at that store. Kind of sucks because I've been to a couple of different stores in different states, they had what I was looking for and were treated nicely by the staff who offered help if we needed. The Grand Island store needs to work on customer service. The same thing happened to a friend of mine who was there a couple of months ago.

Have bought 2 crossbow from them. First one was missing the pressure plate to hold the limb. They blamed it on an ex employee who assembled it. Got money back. Bought second bow two weeks ago bolt that holds riser to barrel was missing. Took it back fought to get money back after some serious talk including calling my attorney in front of manager. They blamed it on manufacturers assembled. I contacted manufacturer they told me in no way do they send crossbow assembled to store for sale. I think no one in grand island has any idea what they are doing in the archery department. This could end up getting someone serious hurt or killed due to their negligence
