All of the items I went to look at they didn't have at that store. Kind of sucks because I've been to a couple of different stores in different states, they had what I was looking for and were treated nicely by the staff who offered help if we needed. The Grand Island store needs to work on customer service. The same thing happened to a friend of mine who was there a couple of months ago.

Bought second bow two weeks ago bolt that holds riser to barrel was missing. Took it back fought to get money back after some serious talk including calling my attorney in front of manager. They blamed it on manufacturers assembled. I contacted manufacturer they told me in no way do they send crossbow assembled to store for sale. I think no one in grand island has any idea what they are doing in the archery department. This could end up getting someone serious hurt or killed due to their negligence
