- JLJayson LeeFeb 24, 20265.0Scheels is top notch. They are always willing to price match against competitors, which makes it a no brainer to order from Scheels and support a local business. I will only buy shooting equipment from here based on the price match policy, as they are directly competitive with online retailers such as OpticsPlanet.com. Price matching is easy, quick and there is no pain on you as a customer during the process. Every CS employee I've spoken with has been excellent as well. Keep up the great work! Can't recommend Scheels enough!

In some type of way you make people feel uncomfortable like you’re out to get them. Oh & if you guys promise to price match make sure you stand by it. IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE IT AT $2 & WALMART HAS IT AT $1 stand by your word. That manager is rude & hates to price match. Oh & don’t make up lame excuses just to not do it.

- NNNamelessDec 14, 20251.0I had a bad experience here. I came from out of town with my kids to do some clothes shopping. Workers followed us around the entire store. The second they saw we were putting clothes in our basket, they made no attempt to hide it. My oldest needed to try some things on and they didn’t hide the fact they were watching. At one point a sales person inserted themselves into a conversation I was having with my child, which I found rude. This was not a good experience and I will not be back. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars at this store which I now regret because I can’t get the feeling of the workers suspecting we’d steal out of my head. I did not see them following anyone else around, so I’m not sure why they chose us. They certainly didn’t try to hide the fact they were following us and it did not feel good. Hire security or something and get these kids to actually work and not do this to customers.
