    I always come here when visiting from Canada. If they got rid of the JC Penny in Grand Forks - would have to go to Fargo instead, lol. This store is clean (for an older store) and typically well stocked. There is always clearance and good deals!

    Really liked my stop here. Was a little difficult to find an open check out counter. There is also so much product here. Would think a person could find any clothing item they need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Once found check out it was timely. Prices were fair/consistent with other stores. They also have a large stock of clearance items.

    Ordered an item that was listed as unavailable at my store. Item was ready for pickup within 2 hours. I asked to have the $3.95 shipping fee removed since the order came from my store, was not shipped, but was listed as unavailable at the Grand Forks, ND store. I would have just gone and bought it if was available. 2 employees explained that even though it was not shipped to the store, I needed to pay a shipping fee. JC Penny’s just lost a 30+ year customer over this deal. This is a really dumb policy. I would gladly pay a shipping fee for an item that was shipped! I just cut up my credit card, I can’t see any logic in this policy, which one of the employees at the Grand Forks store told me is new in the last couple of years. You might want to rethink this policy!
